A Duluth landmark, restored

Originally built in 1925, Greysolon Plaza is the site of the former Hotel Duluth, which housed such guests as Henry Fonda, Charles Boyer, Eleanor Roosevelt and John F. Kennedy.

When Black Woods took ownership of the Greysolon Ballroom in 2008, we meticulously restored this historic event venue to its original splendor. Today our guests enjoy elegant and sophisticated surroundings, plus professional event catering and service by Black Woods.
